GSOC. Canada. Masters. Women: curling bets placed before each game
GSOC. Canada. Masters. Women is a curling group in the pre-match line. Every card in it pairs two teams, with W1 standing for the side listed first and W2 for the side listed second. Section 10.16 of the 1xBet rules is dedicated to curling: it sets the standard length of a game and decides what happens to bets when play stops early.
Ten ends, plus an extra end on a tie
A game runs over ten ends. If the scores are level after the tenth, an extra end is played, and the team that wins it takes the match. Unless the market says otherwise, bets on GSOC. Canada. Masters. Women include those extra ends and are settled on the official result (rule 10.16):
What happens on the ice | How the bet is settled |
|---|---|
Teams level after ten ends | the extra end counts for W1, W2, the total and the handicap |
Bet on one part of the match | extra ends are left out |
Play stopped after five or more full ends | bets stand and are settled on the scoreline when play was halted |
Play stopped before the fifth full end | odds of 1, except markets already decided |
Stones not delivered within the time allowed | the team at fault loses, whatever the score |
The line to watch is the fifth completed end. Short of it, the game counts as unfinished; once it has been passed, the scoreboard at the interruption becomes the result. The same rules cover every tournament in the Curling section.
Several GSOC. Canada. Masters. Women games on one ticket
An accumulator ties together selections from independent events, its return comes from your stake times every leg's odds, and one losing leg is enough to sink the whole bet (rule 4.2). Where two legs are related, meaning one part of the bet affects another, the leg with the lower odds is dropped from the accumulator. On a phone the coupon folds into a small bar at the bottom of the screen and expands with a tap when the selection needs checking.
