Ulster Junior Championship: club hurling betting
Ulster Junior Championship is a club competition in hurling, the Irish GAA game played with an ash stick, the hurley, and a small ball called the sliotar. Each team fields fifteen players. The group's fixtures appear in the pre-match line, each with three prices: W1, DRAW and W2.
From a Ulster Junior Championship fixture to a settled bet
Stage | What matters for the bet |
|---|---|
Before the real start | the stake is accepted; the listed time is only a pointer (rules 3.8 and 9.2) |
Regular time | 60 or 70 minutes depending on the competition; each goal is worth three points and is added to the points struck over the bar (rule 10.44) |
Extra time after a draw | ignored: the 1X2 was decided when regular time ended |
Result entered wrongly | the bet is recalculated, and stakes placed between the error and the fix remain valid (rule 3.11) |
Hurling shares this part of the rulebook with Gaelic football: the same possible durations, the same conversion of goals into points. The two games differ on the pitch, not in how the site reads the scoreboard.
Several Ulster Junior Championship games in a system bet
A system takes a fixed number of selections and builds several accumulators of the same size from them; the payout adds up the returns of every one of those accumulators (rule 4.3). A single bet leaves each line on its own: one meeting has no bearing on the next, and every selection is settled separately from the rest of the ticket.
The other counties and provinces in this sport are under Hurling. Stakes are placed in Algerian dinars from a 1xBet account opened online.
