Mariachi Afortunado: the Mancala slot in Algeria
Mariachi Afortunado is a Mancala slot played on five reels and three rows, with 20 fixed lines that pay from left to right. Cascades drive it: the symbols of every paid combination vanish, new ones drop into the gaps, and each fresh cascade during one round raises the win multiplier a notch.
Painted skulls, candles and a full moon
The reels stand in a night-time street under a full moon, hung with garlands of paper flags, while a small sombrero-wearing guitarist keeps watch above them. The tombstone dressed with candles and flowers is the top regular symbol and pays the same as the Wild. Next come the framed portrait of a mariachi with his guitar, then the skull crowned by a candle and decorated with roses. The smallest wins belong to four painted skulls marked with card suits: green spades, red hearts, blue diamonds and yellow clubs.
The Wild is a woman in a flower-trimmed sombrero with a painted face; it can substitute for any symbol other than the Scatter. Each paying symbol needs at least three identical copies to win.
Cascades and a climbing multiplier
According to the game rules, once a winning combination is paid, all the symbols involved disappear and new ones fall to replace them. Every new cascade within the round lifts the multiplier along the ladder shown above the reels:
opening cascade: none;
1st cascade: x2;
2nd: x3;
3rd: x4;
4th and beyond: x5.
Each line pays just its strongest combination; simultaneous line wins are then totted up.
The mariachi Scatter and free spins
The Scatter shows a skeleton mariachi in a sombrero, guitar in hand. The Scatter itself carries no prize: it exists to open the Free Spins. You need at least three, on any reels: three bring 10 spins, four bring 12, five bring 14.
During the free spins the multiplier still follows the cascades, only on a steeper ladder: x3, then x6, then x9, and x15 once the fourth cascade arrives.
Item | Value |

Layout | 5 × 3 |

So the x15 step only exists inside the free spins; in the base game the ladder tops out at x5.
Buying the bonus and setting up Autoplay
Instead of waiting for Scatters, the Buy Bonus Feature triggers the free spins during the base game for a price of 17 bets.
Autoplay runs a number of rounds you choose in advance and has two safety stops: a loss limit that ends it once your losses go past the figure you set, and a win limit that halts it when a single round pays as much as, or more than, your chosen amount. A separate control speeds up the gameplay.
